There is a full social and cultural programme and our aim is to keep the students active and motivated.
On arrival the students are divided up into teams according to age, sex and nationality.
The teams compete in various activities and prizes are awarded at the end of the course to the winning team.
We find that the team element is very successful – it provides a stimulating, competitive element to the programme and helps the different nationalities to become integrated.
The programme includes an exciting Ten-Pin Bowling evening, disco evenings, a Titanic Project and a Talent Contest.
Special emphasis is placed on giving the course participants a real taste of the local area and the Titanic Evening helps the students to learn about local history in a fun way. We also visit the brand new Sea City with its fascinating Titanic Exhibition.
